1. Program Description
Doori Hana LLC's SMS program is designed to keep travelers informed about their scheduled tours and transportation. You will only receive messages if you have initiated a booking or inquiry and provided your phone number.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your travel schedule. Typically, you will receive 2-5 messages per booking (Confirmation, Pickup Reminder, Driver Arrival, etc.).
3. Cost
Doori Hana LLC does not charge for its SMS service. However, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Please check your mobile plan for details.
4. How to Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received a message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
